Associate Director/Director - Financial Advisory

What you will do

• Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side transaction services projects.
• Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Analyse financial statements, management accounts, financial data, and audit reports to identify key issues and trends.
• Advise clients on commercial considerations, prepare reports and presentations, and manage client relationships.
• Lead project teams, support professional development, and work closely with Partners.
• Develop strategic plans and new business opportunities to grow the financial advisory practice.

Requirements

• ACA or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive transaction services and financial advisory experience, including experience in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modelling, and financial analysis skills.
• Leadership, team management, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and provide high-quality client service.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required.
