Senior Angular Front-End Developer (Web Application Expertise)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable front-end modules and web application components with Angular and TypeScript.
• Manage asynchronous data streams and application state with RxJS and reactive programming practices.
• Implement Angular change detection strategies and smart/dumb component architecture.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests with Jest, Spectator, and Cypress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using advanced Git workflows to support continuous integration and deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience focused on Angular front-end engineering.
• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and reactive programming.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and SOLID, DRY, and YAGNI principles.
• Experience with Angular change detection and smart/dumb component architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Jest, Spectator, and Cypress, plus advanced Git workflows.
• Fluent spoken and written English and an existing legal right to work in the European Union are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or banking technology.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and modern design patterns.
• Relevant Angular or front-end development certifications.
