What you will do

• Translate customer requests into complete service solutions and coordinate with product divisions.
• Support service sales activities, proposals, presentations, and additional service recommendations.
• Register projects in SAP, create schedules, coordinate business units, and track parts delivery.
• Assess technical feasibility and risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor quality, budget, and timelines.
• Plan installation resources, HSE&S coordination, team logistics, site support, and punch-list resolution.
• Complete root-cause analysis, invoicing, database updates, customer closing meetings, and satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Engineering background.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate customer service projects, technical teams, logistics, and installation activities.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
