Focus on optimizing model outputs, solving complex data and business-logic problems, leading bilingual workshops, and validating system quality across implementation projects.

What you will do
- Design and build business logic in RELEX Plan for forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and related planning modules using Business Rules and TQL.
- Scope and design customer solutions, aligning requirements with RELEX best practices.
- Optimize forecast accuracy and replenishment performance through data-driven analysis.
- Plan and execute unit, functional, and validation testing for configured solutions.
- Own configuration plans, including estimates, progress tracking, and early risk identification.
- Lead bilingual workshops, present solution designs, document configurations, and collaborate with Business Consultants, Technical Consultants, Product teams, and implementation partners.
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency is required.
- Technical or analytical degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, or equivalent experience in supply chain or retail planning.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data, systems, and business logic.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex system configurations.
- Independent working style, sound prioritization, initiative, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with forecasting, replenishment, or planning software such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, SAP, or Oracle RPAS.
- Retail, wholesale supply chain, or merchandising experience.
- Familiarity with SQL, TQL, or other query and programming languages.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training customer teams, leading projects, or mentoring junior consultants.
