Senior Communications Manager (Middle East) (Defense Technology/AI): Leading media relations, regional storytelling, and communications initiatives for intelligent defense systems across Middle Eastern markets with an accent on earned media, executive communications, and culturally relevant narrative development. Focus on building relationships with regional journalists, managing sensitive communications, and addressing geopolitical and reputational risks across the GCC.

What you will do
- Own and expand earned media relations across Middle Eastern defense, technology, and business media.
- Develop proactive media strategies for product milestones, contract announcements, partnerships, defense exhibitions, and regional events.
- Manage media inquiries, sensitive communications, press logistics, and on-site media activities.
- Prepare executives and spokespeople for interviews and speaking engagements.
- Write and edit press releases, bylines, talking points, speeches, and executive briefing materials for Middle Eastern audiences.
- Shape 's regional narrative, strengthen its reputation, and help manage geopolitical and perception risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of communications experience in defense, aerospace, government, or technology, with in-house or agency experience.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, political science, international relations, or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English and excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
- Experience with content development, messaging, media relations, executive communications, and issues management.
- Proven success securing earned media coverage in Middle Eastern markets, particularly the UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
- Strong understanding of the GCC defense and government landscape, cross-cultural collaboration, stakeholder management, and geopolitical sensitivities.
