Software Quality Engineer

hirify.global develops Inmation Data Fabric products and supports software quality across the product lifecycle.

What you will do

• Create and maintain manual and automated tests, including test environments, installations, upgrades, and configuration.
• Design and execute unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, scalability, and stress tests.
• Drive API, UI, system, and integration test automation using MSTest, C#, Lua, PowerShell, and Cypress.
• Work with software developers and Product Management to gather requirements and understand system behavior.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming while promoting quality practices in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer or Software Developer in Test.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one modern operating system.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages for automation and problem-solving.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud deployments, deployment infrastructure, virtualization, and modern hosting environments.
• Understanding of networking, databases, server architectures, communication protocols, and information security.
• Experience with software development lifecycles, development tools, source control, and issue-tracking systems.
• Experience with test automation, performance testing, database validation, and testing frameworks.
