Senior Transfer Pricing & Reporting Specialist (Fintech): Maintaining transfer pricing documentation and preparing IFRS financial and regulatory reports across multiple jurisdictions with an accent on OECD guidelines, intercompany transactions, and statutory compliance. Focus on analyzing financial statements, coordinating with auditors and external advisors, and improving reporting processes for accuracy and timeliness.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work model, primarily office-based with scheduled home-office flexibility

What you will do
- Review and maintain transfer pricing documentation, including Local files and the Master file, as corporate and operational structures change.
- Coordinate with external consultants, advisors, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and local teams on transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.
- Prepare regulatory reporting across jurisdictions, including Basel, CAR, MIFIR, and MICA reporting.
- Coordinate statutory reporting with auditors and track reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Identify and implement improvements to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing transfer pricing documentation.
- Strong MS Excel, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.
- Ability to collaborate with auditors, consultants, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Nice to have
- Big Four audit or accounting experience.
- ACCA or an equivalent accounting qualification.
