Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
• Monitor vendor open items and clarify old or unusual balances.
• Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute electronic payment runs and manual payments when necessary.
• Support the collection and distribution of financial information.
• Document accounting procedures clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and VAT legislation.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office.
• Reliability, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-growing international environment.
• Fluent English and/or German.
