People Business Partner (Education)

What you will do

• Optimize organizational structures and align people strategy with business goals as the organization scales.
• Plan headcount, define role requirements, and coordinate organizational and cultural alignment between hiring managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Help design and implement performance evaluations, including new 360º evaluation programs, training, and career paths.
• Coach and support senior leaders while helping resolve complex organizational challenges.
• Develop employee well-being and culture initiatives, mediate when needed, and promote effective people practices.
• Track HR and productivity metrics and use insights to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 4 years of experience as a People Business Partner or in an HR generalist or strategic HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, including matrix environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing managers and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
