Customer Onboarding Specialist - Specialist (Payments)

What you will do

• Input and upload new client account information into multiple database systems.
• Make master data changes and update or add information to client accounts.
• Collect missing information and verify the completeness and accuracy of documents.
• Maintain data integrity and follow information security policies.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Department while supporting merchants in the Benelux region.

Requirements

• Very good Polish and English skills in speaking and writing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver reliable results.
• Ability to enter data into systems with little or no errors.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.

Nice to have

• French or Dutch language skills.
