Group Reservation Manager

Location: Remote; available locations are Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan

What you will do

• Process group reservations and book accommodation, transport, excursions, and additional travel services.
• Communicate with B2B partners to understand travel requirements and provide booking support.
• Create customized itineraries aligned with clients’ interests and budgets.
• Negotiate with hotels and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Resolve cancellations, changes, relocations, complaints, and other issues after booking.
• Maintain documentation, use travel management tools, prepare reports, and support emergency response planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in group travel management, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.
• Knowledge of hotel bases in the Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools, with the ability to handle high workloads and large amounts of information.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, spoken and written.
