What you will do

• Optimize and scale customers' Atlassian environments and support the strategic direction of their collaboration tools.
• Analyze customer requirements and help develop tailored Atlassian solutions.
• Present solutions through workshops and technical concepts.
• Set up, configure, and continuously optimize Atlassian tools.
• Provide technical and organizational support and help ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• University degree or completed training in IT, with a genuine interest in technology and digital solutions.
• Willingness to learn customer consulting, understand customer needs, and develop solutions collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple topics and tasks.
• Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
