Training Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Schedule training sessions, confirm dates with sponsors, coordinate invitations, and manage registration lists.
• Collect training materials, including software builds, devices, and presentation decks.
• Monitor virtual training rooms, manage meetings, provide technical support, and triage attendee questions.
• Distribute attendee surveys and update training documentation with KTRs, attendance lists, and survey results.
• Prepare ad-hoc client reports and manage Customer Care tickets related to the learning management system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a field relevant to the clinical trial industry.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate training, help desk, or call center work.
• Strong organization and time-management skills for prioritizing tasks and managing timelines.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
