Czech or Slovak Customer and Colleague Engagement Associate

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with 60% of the week spent collaborating with colleagues at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely. Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest is required.

What you will do

• Support Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online, and general customer service.
• Provide support for customers and colleagues in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver a positive service experience.
• Take ownership of customer and colleague issues through resolution.
• Escalate contacts efficiently when required.

Requirements

• Graduate or high school education.
• Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge.
• Intermediate English knowledge.
• Basic computer skills and experience using MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest.
