Spring 2027 Fund Admin Account Oversight Co-op (January-June)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Coordinate payment instructions to external vendors and help ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Prepare and monitor asset-based fees, expense caps, fund expense ratios, expense budgets, and related deliverables.
• Prepare distribution rate worksheets for review by the Accounting Manager.
• Coordinate dividend-rate communications through press releases and daily rate memos.
• Monitor daily as-of capital stock activity and communicate required adjustments to the custodian bank.
• Review money market and SEC yields while supporting defaulted bond communications and payment tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or a related financial discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday for 35–40 hours per week during the six-month co-op, from January 13 through June 25, 2027.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university co-op program and work in the Boston hybrid environment.
