What you will do

• Support sales activities and customer interactions.
• Use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Follow written, oral, and application-based instructions.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Work on foot and in outdoor conditions, including stairs and uneven terrain.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or two years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours, sit for extended periods, bend, kneel, use stairs, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Licensing requirements vary by state.

Nice to have

• Prior CRM software experience.
• Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry.
