Location: Pennington and Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; onsite laboratory role

Salary: $70,000–$83,000 per year, based on skills and experience

What you will do

• Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, water testing, and gas testing.
• Support QC microbiology product testing, including routine testing, verification testing, method suitability, and training.
• Monitor and test media fills and perform microorganism analysis, including plate reads, Gram staining, growth promotion, bioburden, endotoxin, mycoplasma, and biological indicator testing.
• Participate in EMPQ, cleanroom validation, technology transfer, and related documentation.
• Develop and update QC microbiology procedures and methods while following cGMP requirements.
• Improve QC laboratory operations, including inventory management, sample workflows, and laboratory preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, Data Integrity, and ALCOA+.
• Experience following standard operating procedures or protocols.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
