Associate I, Lab Support (Biotech)

What you will do

• Support QC laboratories through sample accessioning, sample preparation, sample shipping, glassware cleaning, temperature monitoring, and administrative services.
• Assist with product stability, appearance, and reserve programs.
• Maintain laboratory supplies, controlled storage areas, equipment records, and required documentation.
• Perform work under cGMP conditions and complete records according to specifications and procedures.
• Train to perform appearance inspections and provide support to internal and external customers.
• Identify and support compliance with current laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a regulated laboratory setting preferred.
• Previous experience in a regulated environment such as FDA- or EPA-regulated work preferred.
• Familiarity with GLP and GMP guidelines.
• Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton, Florida.
