Medical Lead (Oncology)

What you will do

• Lead Medical Affairs strategy and provide scientific direction to medical advisors and MSLs across oncology and related therapeutic areas.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, academic centers, and external scientific experts.
• Support clinical studies, registries, epidemiological surveys, database projects, and Phase IV activities.
• Deliver scientific presentations, medical updates, and evidence-based responses to medical information requests.
• Coordinate investigator-initiated studies, research collaborations, advisory boards, congresses, publications, and compassionate-use requests.
• Manage budgets, field intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with applicable regulations and hirify.global procedures.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as PharmD, MD, or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Relevant experience in hematology or oncology.
• Essential experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• People management experience and the ability to support individualized team development.
• Broad knowledge of drug development, commercialization, regulatory requirements, clinical trial oversight, trial design, safety, and efficacy.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, collaboration, compliance, and scientific integrity skills.
