Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; the role involves regular in-person work in trades businesses, including at desks, in vans, and on sites.

What you will do

• Spend time with trades-business partners to understand workflows, operational constraints, and unmet needs.
• Build end-to-end solutions across Python/FastAPI services, Vue interfaces, Flutter screens, agent loops, and data pipelines.
• Own AI agents in production, including reliability, evaluation, structured output, context management, and graceful failure.
• Define acceptance criteria and decide what to build without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Measure outcomes such as hours saved, automated offers, and faster lead responses.

Requirements

• Production experience with LLM-powered features, including evaluation, structured output parsing, context management, and error recovery.
• Demonstrated ownership of products or systems from architecture through delivery and iteration.
• Track record of shipping software that people actively use.
• High agency, strong problem-solving ability, and a humble mindset.
• Ability to work across unfamiliar parts of the stack and communicate with customers.
• English is used for team communication.

Nice to have

• German language skills; German is helpful but not required.
