People Rewards Manager (Southern Europe)

What you will do

• Deliver reward processes and annual reward cycles across Southern Europe, primarily France and Spain, with oversight of Italy.
• Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
• Lead or contribute to local, regional, and global reward projects.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation survey data.
• Partner with external benefits providers and brokers, as well as People Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Works Councils.
• Provide reward guidance and drive compliance, automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of compensation and benefits experience in a multinational, technology, or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of market pricing, compensation and benefits systems, process development, job evaluation, pay planning, and benefits program administration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Advanced analytical skills, independence, initiative, and the ability to work with ambiguity.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
