Structural Steel Detailer (Advance Steel)

Location: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines; onsite, work-from-home, and hybrid arrangements are listed. Working hours are 7:00 AM–4:00 PM MNL time.

What you will do

• Develop detailed 2D fabrication drawings for structural steel projects using Autodesk Advance Steel.
• Interpret engineering and architectural drawings and produce accurate shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with fabricators, builders, clients, and internal stakeholders to support constructability.
• Manage drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
• Deliver precise, high-quality drawings within project timelines.
• Contribute to improvements in design and drafting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; technical or vocational drafting training is also considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in structural steel fabrication drawing, detailing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Advance Steel and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and construction processes.
• General computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Trade background as a boilermaker, fabricator, or metalworker.
• 3D modeling experience.
