Head of Paid Marketing

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote with core hours in a European or Dubai time zone

Compensation: Competitive, above-market six-figure base plus significant performance compensation; annual bonus of up to 10% of the fee.

What you will do

• Own paid acquisition strategy, account structure, testing methodology, budget allocation, and performance across Meta, Google/YouTube, and Bing.
• Lead the marketing turnaround by diagnosing funnel issues, improving lead quality, restoring ROAS, and rebuilding monthly growth forecasts.
• Direct creative and messaging development, including audience avatars, hooks, angles, VSL improvements, ad hypotheses, and final quality control.
• Manage conversion-event architecture, attribution, pixel conditioning, funnel testing, CRO, and experiments from opt-in through sale.
• Set the direction for email sequences and broadcasts and connect email learnings with the paid-media creative pipeline.
• Lead the marketing team, improve production processes, hire and develop team members, and establish department standards and operating systems.

Requirements

• Verifiable experience leading marketing for offers generating at least $1M per month within the last 18 months.
• Deep high-ticket call-funnel experience, optimizing for booked calls and sales rather than inexpensive leads.
• Expert Meta media-buying experience, including creative-as-targeting, concept-level testing, pixel conditioning, and Andromeda-era practices.
• Proven creative and hook direction with measurable examples, plus the ability to write direct-response and VSL copy when required.
• Experience managing a marketing team of at least five people and rebuilding creative processes to raise output quality.
• Experience operating in compliance-sensitive advertising environments where accounts may be restricted quickly.

Nice to have

• Expert or strong working competence in Google Ads.
• Experience in relationship, men's transformation, or adjacent emotional-transformation markets.
• Fluency with Hyros, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Convert, or similar split-testing and funnel-tracking tools.
• Entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience.
