What you will do
- Support the execution of performance marketing strategies and digital advertising campaigns.
- Research and segment audiences by demographics, interests, and behaviours.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make tactical optimizations to improve KPIs and ROI.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance summaries, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support advertising budget tracking and data-driven allocation across campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on campaign delivery.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Data Studio.
- Solid Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimization decisions.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
