Principal Solutions Consultant - SAP & Content Management (AI)

What you will do

• Support pre-sales activities with business and technical recommendations, solution guidance, configuration scenarios, and value-based selling.
• Design and deliver customized demonstrations, proofs of concept, business presentations, and technical presentations for client, management, and executive audiences.
• Define PoC scope, use cases, success criteria, solution configuration, execution plans, stakeholder alignment, and outcome presentations.
• Lead complex solution architecture discussions and map client requirements to SAP, Content Management, Experience, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and technical inquiries while coordinating with Client Executives, Sales Solution Executives, Professional Services, Product Management, partners, and technical support.
• Travel within the assigned region as required and contribute market, product, and win/loss feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience presenting to C-level audiences and leading complex business transformation discussions.
• Knowledge of SAP modules and processes, including SD, LE, MM, HCM, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, FI, and CO.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, modern SAP information management architectures, SAP Data Archiving, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with enterprise content management, including document and records management, workflow, metadata, retention, access control, information governance, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of enterprise AI use cases, including generative AI, intelligent content management, knowledge discovery, retrieval-augmented experiences, and AI-assisted business processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Korean and English; bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with basic scanning and imaging technologies.
• Experience with client-facing consulting engagements and integrated Content Management and Experience solutions.
