What you will do

• Conduct market research to promote the standardization, configurability, and productization of supply chain business systems.
• Develop tailored system solutions for mid-tier customer segments and create industry-specific capability documentation.
• Coordinate product and R&D resources to ensure successful implementation and delivery of system solutions.
• Manage UAT test planning, coordinate testing personnel, and produce comprehensive test reports to ensure system quality.
• Enhance system adaptability to business needs and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Seoul, South Korea.
• Proven experience in system solution design and delivery within the logistics or supply chain sector.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including product and R&D departments.
• Experience in managing UAT processes and ensuring software quality.
