iMR Implementation Specialist – EP

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 75%, including on-site customer support

What you will do

• Train new and existing customer sites in iMR procedures and support their initial series of cases.
• Provide expert clinical and technical support during electrophysiology mapping, cardiac ablation, and other cardiac procedures.
• Serve as the primary EP clinical resource for case coverage, product utilization, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in customer readiness assessments, implementation planning, and site activation.
• Develop iMR workflows, training materials, and workflow improvements.
• Document case support, customer education, training records, call reports, and quality-system activities.

Requirements

• Completed electrophysiology training in 3D electroanatomical mapping and cardiac ablations.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting EP 3D mapping and arrhythmia ablation cases.
• Expert knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, catheter-based procedures, and patient-care environments.
• Experience providing direct clinical, technical, or applications support.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving, teamwork, and customer-support skills.
