Czech or Slovak Speaking Senior Accounts Payable Associate (Retail)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work with around 60% of time from offices or sites

What you will do

• Create accruals for agreed business areas according to established procedures.
• Handle high volumes of queries and resolve them within agreed service levels.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate consumables orders between stores and suppliers.
• Check the accuracy and legitimacy of invoices and delivery notes.
• Ensure purchase orders are receipted on time and investigate, resolve, or escalate disputes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum high school degree.
• Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge required.
• Intermediate English knowledge required.
• One to three years of finance experience.
• Numerical, time management, and MS Office skills.
