Focus on investigating root causes, eliminating recurring payment issues, coordinating with other departments, and keeping blocked items below 60 days.
Location: Hybrid role in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do
- Manage third-party vendor and internal stakeholder queries through calls and emails.
- Prioritize and resolve incoming issues, requests, and supplier inquiries accurately and on time.
- Investigate payment discrepancies and root causes with other departments to prevent recurring issues.
- Process and follow up on manual and off-cycle payment requests, MDG requests, and country-specific tasks such as dunning letters.
- Monitor blocked items and keep aging below 60 days.
- Follow compliance procedures, provide audit documentation, and back up selected team coordinator activities.
Requirements
- College or university degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in RTP.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- German language knowledge is required.
- Analytical, problem-solving, logical decision-making, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
