Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid)

Salary range: $119,900–$200,400 annually

What you will do

• Lead compliant Safety Sciences Delivery operations for the oncology portfolio.
• Standardize practices, processes, templates, training curricula, proficiency matrices, and knowledge repositories.
• Lead oncology signal detection and management, including Safety Monitoring Teams, surveillance plans, and evaluation reports.
• Analyze aggregate safety data with Safety Sciences Strategy to identify emerging issues and patterns.
• Coordinate benefit-risk assessments and safety contributions to periodic reports and portfolio documents.
• Build, coach, and scale teams through succession planning, talent pipelines, and leadership development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare.
• 12+ years of pharmacovigilance experience.
• Experience in Safety Sciences, preferably in oncology.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, workload planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to optimize safety operations and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with global patient safety operations, matrix leadership, people management, and artificial intelligence technologies is preferred.
