What you will do
- Develop high-quality user interfaces for complex iOS applications using Swift.
- Design, implement, and evolve iOS solutions while evaluating architectural trade-offs.
- Deliver consumer-facing experiences for Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo.
- Build configurable and reusable platform capabilities for multiple brands and products.
- Consider device capabilities and design requirements across iPhone and iPad.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend, domain-service, brand, and platform teams, and communicate technical decisions clearly.
Requirements
- Approximately 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including substantial iOS development.
- Advanced experience developing complex iOS applications with Swift.
- Strong understanding of iOS application architecture and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience delivering software from concept through production with a consistent focus on quality.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical challenges and delivery decisions.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools.
Nice to have
- Experience developing consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Experience with reusable platforms, configurable UI, server-driven UI, or large-scale application migrations.
- Experience collaborating across web, iOS, Android, B2B, product, and domain-service teams.
