Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead land acquisition activities and manage assigned acquisition transactions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Land Acquisition Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Land Acquisition Managers.
• Review acquisition analyses, due diligence findings, and transaction recommendations.
• Negotiate and secure land transactions while meeting company approval requirements.
• Coordinate with land development, finance, operations, legal, and executive leadership.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, acquisition metrics, market conditions, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in land acquisition, development, real estate, or homebuilding.
• At least 2 years of leadership or project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop talent and maintain accountability for business results.
• Strong cross-functional partnership, negotiation, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed and perform the physical requirements of an office-based role.
