Paymaster/General Cashier - BVLGARI Resort Dubai

What you will do

• Check financial figures, postings, documents, cash, and cash equivalents for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accounting records using journals, ledgers, and computerized financial systems.
• Prepare, audit, reconcile, and distribute financial, accounting, statistical, and payroll reports.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and prepare invoices, bills, and account statements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and vendor invoices until payment is received or resolved.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments, support team goals, and ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
