What you will do

• Build relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs.
• Recruit internationally for VR, AR, MR, and metaverse projects.
• Work with studios creating interactive and immersive installations.
• Engage potential candidates and learn about emerging XR technologies.
• Connect talent with projects in gaming, training simulations, medical training, theme parks, retail, and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Background in recruitment or sales.
• Passion for or understanding of games and emerging technologies.
• Track record of driving results.
• Stable performance when working under pressure.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Ability to work from the Brighton office.
