Integration Lead (Bioassay COE)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements.

Salary: $145,900–$234,200 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, incentive compensation, or equity award.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain LIMS, Scitara DLX, LabX, Hamilton, Chromeleon, and LES systems.
• Design, build, and deploy Scitara DLX integration workflows connecting analytical instruments, middleware, and LIMS.
• Develop pipeline configurations, function transforms, automated reporting, audit trails, and data integrity checks.
• Investigate interface and workflow issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
• Assess, test, qualify, and validate new instrument integrations and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training while maintaining documentation, version control, code reviews, and change-management records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or a related discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining laboratory informatics systems in GxP-regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Scitara DLX, LIMS, Hamilton, SoftMax, LabX, Chromeleon CDS, and system-to-system LIMS integrations.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Experience designing, validating, and deploying digital laboratory solutions that improve automation, data integrity, and analytical or QC operations.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under applicable export-control requirements; visa sponsorship for non-U.S. persons is unavailable.
