Salary: $47–$58.50 USD per hour

What you will do

• Implement cosmetic rewards for Marathon activities and the in-game store.
• Perform scripting and game development tool work.
• Design and implement sustainable content that engages players.
• Tune progression values to create compelling moments and satisfying progression.

Requirements

• Professional game development experience.
• Experience working with game development software and tools.
• Knowledge of reward and cosmetic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a large team and give and receive feedback and direction.

Nice to have

• Experience writing text-based scripts in Lua, Python, or a similar language.
• Understanding of player motivation and engagement drivers.
• Experience working on games as a service or other live content.
