Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs-Hematology (CO, MO, KS, OK and NM)

Location: Field territory covering Colorado, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico; residency in the assigned territory is required, ideally in Colorado or St. Louis. The role requires approximately 70% business travel, including air travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend travel.

Salary: $176,100–$287,300 annually.

What you will do

• Exchange scientific data and medical information with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, researchers, pharmacists, and population-based decision makers.
• Build and maintain networks of hematology and oncology experts, investigators, and research institutions.
• Serve as the primary clinical and scientific resource for B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma and multiple myeloma, and related products.
• Support company-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated study programs.
• Identify research developments, treatment-landscape insights, and gaps in research needs to shape medical strategy.
• Present scientific and clinical data, respond to information requests, and collect medical, clinical, and competitive intelligence at conferences.

Requirements

• A terminal scientific degree is required: MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM.
• At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison function.
• Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA and pharmaceutical regulations, compliant practices, and OIG guidelines.
• Residence in the assigned territory and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are required.
• Ability to travel frequently, including approximately 70% travel with overnight and occasional weekend trips.
