Salary: $141,500–$268,500 annually

What you will do

  • Participate in a two-year physician development program with rotations across clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and early- and late-stage clinical development.
  • Help design and implement clinical study protocols and support investigator and study-site education.
  • Oversee clinical study integrity, enrollment, timelines, safety, efficacy data, and risk-management activities with appropriate supervision.
  • Contribute to protocols, Investigator Brochures, Clinical Study Reports, regulatory submissions, and responses.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, statistics, regulatory, commercial, discovery, and other internal stakeholders on medical and clinical programs.
  • Support scientific education, external meetings, medical affairs activities, and communication of scientifically accurate medical content.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), or an international equivalent meeting U.S. certification standards.
  • Completion of U.S. residency training by Spring 2026; recent graduates may also be considered.
  • U.S. board eligibility or certification and U.S. state or Commonwealth licensure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at the North Chicago headquarters.

Nice to have

  • Medical specialty training in oncology or hematology.
  • Fellowship training associated with clinical research.
  • Additional healthcare or research degrees, including a PhD or MPH.
  • Research publications, leadership experience, and commitment to a clinical research career.
