What you will do

• Configure the hirify.global Platform to align with client taxonomies and KPI frameworks.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and operational guidance to clients and their vendor partners.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis, research, and QA to ensure data integrity and resolve potential issues.
• Identify process improvements based on client feedback and translate them into actionable steps for development.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to cultivate value-based relationships.
• Create and maintain documentation for business transformation rules and client-specific implementations.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing technology (MarTech), analytics software, or business intelligence platforms.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
