Platform Implementation Analyst (Marketing Technology)

What you will do

• Learn the hirify.global Platform applications and data relationships to support users, troubleshoot issues, and maximize platform value.
• Provide daily operations, user support, and training for clients and vendor partners.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis, research, and quality assurance to maintain data integrity.
• Identify process improvements from client feedback and translate them into actionable development and implementation steps.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders through email and cloud-based conferencing.
• Create and maintain documentation for business transformation rules and client-specific platform implementations.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience or equivalent capability in data, marketing technology, analytics software, media data, reporting, or business intelligence platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, project management, detail-orientation, and quality-focused skills.
• Working knowledge of data and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn software quickly, take initiative, support and train users, and understand client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
