Sr Relationship Manager - C&IB

What you will do

• Set relationship strategies and manage a book of business to grow sales, revenue, market share, and client loyalty.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, including middle-market clients with complex needs.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate credit, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Develop client solutions and present hirify.global's full range of products and services.
• Analyze and mitigate risk for complex credit requests while mentoring other relationship-management team members.

Requirements

• Must work in the hirify.global office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8 or more years of industry experience.
• Experience with middle-market clients with revenue of $50 million or more.
• Knowledge of relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, portfolio management, sales negotiation, and risk management.
