Accounts Payable (PTP) Manager

Location: Hybrid role with three days per week at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Global Headquarters, USA

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable and travel and expense operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Lead accounts payable strategy, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage, coach, and develop the accounts payable team.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex vendor, payment, and process issues.
• Own procure-to-pay technology solutions and partner with IT and solution providers.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, IT, and business stakeholders to scale operations and strengthen controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay, including people leadership.
• Experience leading operations in a process-driven or shared services environment.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, AP transformation, business systems, and IT or solution-provider partnerships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, accountability, escalation-management, and internal-control skills.
• Ability to work three days per week from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Global Headquarters.

• Experience with JD Edwards ERP.
