What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise Windows Server platform.
- Engineer and manage rights delegation capabilities for secure privilege management across systems.
- Provide third-level support for complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Define and improve operational processes to increase service reliability and efficiency.
- Create technical documentation, support education operations, and contribute to team upskilling.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical production issues.
Requirements
- Higher education in IT or an equivalent technical qualification.
- At least 5 years of enterprise experience in Windows Server engineering.
- Proven experience with large Windows Server environments, rights delegation, PowerShell scripting, automation, DSC, backup, antivirus, and logging.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, and security.
- Strong communication skills in English.
