Location: Remote in Costa Rica; full-time position based out of the Costa Rica office

hirify.global builds data pipelines that move customer data into warehouses in a reliable, query-ready format and is combining with dbt Labs to deliver a broader data infrastructure platform.

What you will do

• Write and adapt SQL queries for well-defined business requests, using AI assistants to refine logic and troubleshoot errors.
• Find and reuse existing metric definitions in Looker or Omni.
• Pull, clean, structure, and validate data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Summarize findings in clear language and provide actionable recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Clarify request requirements, document recurring analyses, and escalate requests requiring deeper analytical judgment.
• Support ad hoc reporting across Sales, Strategy, RevOps, Marketing, and Deal Desk while developing knowledge of the GTM data model.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of SQL, including SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and basic aggregate functions.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude to write, debug, and refine queries and analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of SaaS sales concepts, including opportunity stages and pipeline.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ask clarifying questions when requests are ambiguous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker, Omni, Sigma, or Hex.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Previous internship or role in analytics, RevOps, or FP&A.
• Basic Python knowledge.
