Generalist-Human Resources - BVLGARI Resort Dubai

What you will do

• Support management and employees with human resources issues, employee relations, and internal transfer procedures.
• Assist managers with hiring processes, applicant screening, reference checks, background checks, and recruitment records.
• Create and maintain new-hire, personnel, recruitment, orientation, and transfer files in HR information systems.
• Support payroll record processing, HR reporting, filing systems, and employee record maintenance.
• Assist with employee orientation and train new hires on HR processes, policies, programs, and information systems.
• Ensure hiring and recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, company policies, and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Professional communication, accurate document preparation, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle personnel records, HR systems, recruitment documentation, and payroll-related information.
• No supervisory experience, license, or certification required.
