Reservations Manager - Bvlgari Resort Ranfushi (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Manage reservations sales opportunities and identify new business to achieve property revenue goals.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors, demand, and customer needs to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Handle incoming reservations opportunities, negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and coordinate rooming lists and reservation documentation.
• Monitor reservation accuracy, no-shows, billing instructions, waitlists, arrivals, and operational work orders.
• Deliver service excellence, resolve guest complaints, and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Supervise reservations sales staff, provide training, and create monthly team schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with no prior work experience required, or a two-year degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or a related field.
• For degree holders, two years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related professional area.
• Experience or ability in reservations sales, negotiation, upselling, revenue management, and customer service.
• Ability to train and supervise reservations sales staff and manage departmental scheduling.
• Ability to work onsite at Bulgari Resort Ranfushi in the Maldives.
