Loss Prevention Shift Leader (Bvlgari Resort Ranfushi)

What you will do

• Patrol resort areas, secure rooms, control access to restricted areas, and escort unauthorized persons from the property.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct key-control audits, inspect physical hazards, and resolve safety risks.
• Respond to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and guest or employee incidents; provide first aid or CPR and contact emergency services when required.
• Conduct investigations and interviews, gather information, and prepare accurate confidential reports.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating security employees while serving as a first point of contact during shifts.
• Support guest service, complaint resolution, alcohol-control compliance, and adherence to resort policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work an entire shift standing, walking, or moving through narrow, uneven, slippery, elevated, or confined spaces.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and over 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to read and verify written information, use computers or point-of-sale systems, and communicate professionally.
