Estimated pay range: $115,000–$149,000 per year

What you will do
- Own cost accounting processes, inventory transactions, product cost data, and cost-of-revenue performance metrics.
- Analyze cost of sales, absorption, purchase price variance, gross margins, and other monthly performance measures.
- Lead a matrixed team of accountants, delegate process improvement work, and review month-end close journal entries.
- Establish inventory policies, KPIs, communication cadences, and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Support manufacturing BOMs, routings, material master data, annual standard costing, AOP planning, and FP&A forecasting.
- Provide data conversion, cleansing, testing, and workflow support for the ERP implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of accounting or finance experience; 5+ years of cost accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data merges, and filters.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience in a Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment.
- Experience managing and leading teams, handling complex analysis, and working accurately under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible or extended hours during month-end close to support accountants based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of multinational ERP systems; SAP and QAD experience are a plus.
- Experience with ERP implementations or related project management.
- Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented, matrixed organization.
- Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and relationship management experience.
