2027 Defined Contribution Pensions Investment Advisory, Graduate - London (Pensions Investment Advisory)

Location: London office; hybrid attendance required, with at least four days per week in the office during the first few months and two or three days per week thereafter.

What you will do

• Prepare defined contribution pension investment performance reports for clients.
• Draft reports on fund selection, default strategy reviews, and investment projects.
• Research pension providers, investment managers, and investment products.
• Support provider reviews by analysing tender responses and summarising findings.
• Build financial models covering investment risks and expected returns, and monitor strategies against client objectives.
• Support implementation of investment advice, respond to client and provider queries, and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree or higher-level qualification by 20 September 2027, with a 2.1 or higher, or be on track to achieve it.
• Interest in data, technology, business problem-solving, financial markets, investment, or long-term savings.
• Ability to solve problems, work with data, learn technical concepts, explain information clearly, and manage competing priorities.
• Must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to study for the CFA exams or an equivalent professional qualification over approximately three years.
