Sr. Operations Professional - U (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; in-office at least four days per week with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $44,400–$66,600 per year, with potential variable pay depending on the role.

What you will do

• Process, reconcile, and balance assigned financial products accurately, promptly, and in compliance with department procedures.
• Process transaction requests and provide seamless operational service with minimal direction.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with internal and external business partners.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with appropriate resources to implement solutions.
• Use computer applications to provide operational processing information and support team or department projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education and relevant experience may be combined to meet the requirement.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Ability to research and resolve problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.
• Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail in high-volume processing.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements is required.
