TL;DR
Lead, GBS - Finance Transformation (AI) (Finance Transformation/AI): Leading three finance teams in Mexico City supporting AI finance capabilities, reporting and data foundations, and IT FP&A with an accent on automation, analytics, governance, and global execution. Focus on delivering scalable AI-enabled finance solutions, strengthening reporting data foundations, overseeing ZBB and CAPEX routines, and developing finance leaders.

Location: Mexico City, Antara Tower A, 5th Floor, Local Office

What you will do

  • Lead and develop three finance teams covering AI Finance Capability, Reporting and Data Foundations, and IT FP&A.
  • Align local execution with global priorities, timelines, standards, governance, and expected outcomes.
  • Oversee delivery of AI finance platforms, data pipelines, semantic model layers, agent frameworks, evaluation standards, audit trails, and agents.
  • Drive consistent reporting services, trusted data foundations, automation, standardization, controls, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee IT FP&A support for financial routines including ZBB and CAPEX.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships, resolve dependencies, influence stakeholders, and coach finance professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of FP&A experience with relevant exposure to finance transformation and technology projects.
  • Experience overseeing large analytics teams and developing people leaders and analysts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise reporting and self-service analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, and LLMs.
  • Practical knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Finance expertise, complex team leadership, stakeholder management, global operating model execution, and strategic problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Professional finance designation such as FPCA, CPA, CMA, or CGA.
  • MBA in Finance.
  • Relevant experience in the CPG industry.
